Information you give us. When you request an estimate we collect your name and phone number, and any email address, property address, service type and job details you choose to share. If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you include in that communication.
Chat assistant messages. If you use the chat assistant on our site, we receive the messages you type.
Analytics (only with your permission). If you click "Accept" on our cookie notice, Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, the website that referred you, and actions like button clicks or form submissions. It does not receive what you type into our forms. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded.
Technical and security data. Our servers may briefly process your IP address and basic request information to deliver the site, prevent spam and protect against abuse.
How We Use Your Information

Chat assistant conversations are stored only so the assistant can follow the conversation and are automatically deleted within 24 hours of the last message. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by using the contact details below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
